Lower Body Warm Up - Hand walk
The Hand Walk is great for people with poor hamstring flexibility, as well as for strengthening the core & getting you warmed up for your workout ahead. Where you are standing start with your hands on the floor in front of you in front of your toes, & walk your hands out as far as you can, pull the naval in, activate the core, stretch your hands out further, then walk the feet in to meet the hands & repeat. Initially work within your limits, especially if you have poor hamstring flexibility & this exercise will improve this over time. This is a great warmup before your lower body workouts.
