High Intensity Squats

High Intensity Training – Squats – To get yourself bigger quads, you have to up the intensity of your training. A good way to do so is to pre-exhaust the legs with a couple of sets of leg extensions (approximately 6 sets) and a few sets of warm up squats. After pre-exhausting the quads; it’s time to go heavy and up the intensity. Using a weight that you can only perform 4-5 reps of, perform a set of perfect squats using your training partner as a support if you need to. 2-3 working sets of 3-5 reps is the key to building yourself stronger, bigger world champion legs.
