Tip of the Week - "External Rotating Press" - If you want to stay injury free throughout the many years of training that you'll do, this exercise is a must. Working and strengthening the rotator cuff muscles, especially the posterior ones or the ones at the back, this exercise is best performed prior to any upper body workout, especially for chest and shoulder training sessions.
