- Is it safe to use EN muscle fuel with animal M stack? THANKS.
Absolutely, as M-Stak is non-hormonal, so the ingredients should not clash together.
- M-stak and Stak both say take 30-45Mins before workout, if im stacking them, do i take them together? or do i take it separately throughout the day. and what about the "red" pill? two together will be too much? please advice.
If you can't handle both packs at the same time you could split it. Taking both red pills could be excessive so start with one and take teh 2nd if you can handle it.

Stak and M-Stak are designed to be "natural" anabolics. With this in mind, each works in very different yet complementary way. These can used separately, or "stacked" together.
Animal Stak is a natural hormone "enhancer" which works with your body to: (1) help "boost" key anabolic hormone levels and (2) enhance overall hormone function (such as improving the ratios of free to total testosterone). Stak, therefore, is a hormone modulator.
Animal M-Stak, on the other hand, works to help promote anabolism, not by manipulating hormone function, but by increasing important anabolic "processes", including protein synthesis, "nutrient partitioning" and nitrogen retention, whilst reducing muscle catabolism.
In summary, Animal Stak can help with performance and strength. It can especially assist older athletes by helping to modulate hormone levels, which decline with age. Animal M-Stak, can help any lifter, but particularly the classic "hardgainer, by allowing him to gain lean mass and size more quickly and efficiently. It can help lifters on bulk looking to maximize lean muscle and minimize bodyfat, and help dieters hold on to precious lean mass.
You can combine the two to get the best of both worlds.
