I think that to know if it is working is to take it without any other products at first. I previously used B Nox great product but I do not really feel any difference adding this.
Sometimes from experience is take one product as directed for at least two months then change.
The contents of turkestone I know really helps build muscle as I used it many years ago until banned now unbanned try but by itself

It's good. It works - at least for me - with the only "downside" (if you can call it that) being I am noticeably more tired from noticeably better performance at the gym. Even then, my motivation is also noticeably on the up. And motivation is, in my view and experience, difficult to maintain.

Contrary to the hype, this product is frankly useless. Have used it exclusively for almost 2 months, and it adds nothing in terms of gains, or strength/power in training. I will now be leaving this for the insects and reverting back to tried and tested creatine.
