- How much water to one scoop please?
Water is up to the individual based on the taste one wants to achieve. For a concentrated strong taste try 100-200ml or for a more diluted taste we'd suggest 500-700ml.
- Can you use while breastfeeding??
We usually don't recommend those who are breastfeeding or pregnant to take supplements unless specified by a healthcare professional.
