Delivery failure
Despite clear delivery instructions, they were not followed. Still haven’t received product and back and forth with automated messages from delivery company Aramex. Poor all round from Mr S and Aramex

Your delivery instructions were to leave in safe place, however the courier contacted us stating there was not a space they would deem as safe to leave it, and to contact you to confirm your permission to leave at front door anyway.
You still have not responded to my communication with you, if you could kindly do so, we can have this sorted out.

This is not the first time that I have…
This is not the first time that I have experienced bad batches of protein bars from my orders with MSupp. It happened with a White Choc order, opening the wrapper and the colour was orange instead of cream and it tasted foul. I said nothing. This time (most recent order), I was chewing on a White Choc (this time it was the correct colour - cream), but it had sugar stones in it. Again, very sad, because I buy White Choc from my gym sometimes when I've run out and waiting for my bulk order and the taste is seamless and consistent, no bumps or sugar knots. If it happened once you can suck it up and ignore but when it happens twice, then it's hard to take.
