Ordered my supplement on August 13th a week went by hadn't heard anything I left a voice message called a following two times still nothing emailed them it had been a week & a half i called early in the morning & got an answer the bloke said it was still siting there no one had bothered to send it out he did it straight away & I asked for a 2.2ltr water jug it was 20$ didnt even get a shaker cup just 15$ voucher.......so if I didn't call it would STILL be sitting there they use to be killa but not now only good thing is there cheaper than everyone else

I do understand there was a delay with the delivery, but it is worth mentioning the caveat of you paying via Bank Transfer and failing to email your remittance to our email provided.
Once you called us and let us know, we were able to identify the payment had been made and arrange for your order to be sent out straight away.
To make up for the delay, I then gave you a $15 coupon code to use with us next time to make up for it. Shame to see this get such a negative review given the circumstances of the issue.
