- Does Rule 1 Casein include wheat or gluten?
No it does not contain gluten. Rule 1 Casein is gluten free. This is clearly marked on the product label.
I have it in the evenings of workout days.
In terms of taste i prefer the Maxxs; the R1 doesnt taste baaad its more of a neutral chocolate and definitely thicker and slightly more grainy than the Maxx's.
Maxxs tastes better but is slightly more expensive. Maxxs also has the Testosterone and GH boosters along with relaxants to help yah sleep.
This has some of the booster, like glutamine, but it all depends on what you want. Maxxs for growth and size, R1 more for weight management/loss IMO.
Side note; most night protein shakes ive tried, i wake up early and need to go bathroom. this i did not have the same result.
