Redcon1 Big Noise
- If you are taking this with total war, whats the best way to do it? Just sip them both prior to training? Mix them?
As Total War is fairly strong already I would recommend not taking the two products together. If you want to stack the two products I would suggest leaving a time gap between the two for the benefits of the supplement.
Flavour was good too, I'd often run out of time and end up mixing with my protein shake for a potent pre-workout and energy cocktail.
