It already contains creatine in the blend, however it is a small amount so you could add like a scoop if you want to stack more creatine in it.
- What is the difference between SuperSize Ultra and the discontinued Supersize? I used SuperSize for ages but stopped after it was discontinued, will the flavour still be relatively the same, or is it a whole new product?
There are slight changes in formulation with the Super Size Ultra they have added creatine and it contains more carbs and calories to build mass faster.
In terms of taste, I haven't tasted them personally but looking at the ingredient list I don't think they've done much too many changes with their flavour profile.
If taste is really an issue I would suggest calling up Maxs to see if they've altered it.

Although there are no gluten containing ingredients, SuperSize is not gluten-free certified as it is manufactured in a facility that may also handle wheat products.
