Incline Dumbbell Fly
The dumbbell incline fly is a great exercise to target the upper chest. Remember to keep the elbows fixed throughout the movement, and hold your arms as if you are hugging a big old oak tree. Don't let the arms collapse throughout the exercise and keep the movement strick and controlled, contracting the pecs at the top of the movement. You may find it necessary to use a lighter weight at first to ensure you execute this exercise properly. It's important that you emphasise form and getting a good strong, quality contraction, rather than throwing the weight around. Don'ts: Avoid the common mistake of turning the movement into a press and also tucking in your chin, which places extra strain on your neck.
