Really great product for me whilst I've been cycling. Its helped me avoid dehydration and cramps. I always feel so much better after having this during my training.
Thought I'd give this a review after using it for a month now. Pretty avid cyclist and used to get cramps quite a bit, found out I needed more electrolytes during training. Gatorade was pretty expensive, so thought I'd give this a go. Really handy product, mixes easily into water and tastes great, but best of all, my performance level increased dramatically, no more cramps or early fatigue. If you do endurance sports like me, I can't stress how much better your performance might be from having a sports drink with you. Horley's hydration has a really nice and comprehensive formula.
