Not sure what this pro-powder is doing but I have actually lost 1.6 kilo’s since being on it. Ingredients say it has MCT’s which may (or may not) be helping shed some fat stores which may be the reason for the weight loss. As far as getting the protein I need I think it’s ok but as for bulking, not really for me.

A great recovery formula for anyone wanting to bulk up. Really excellent macros, especially for people who like to do a bit of cardio. Taste is pretty decent and the formula mixes well, would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to gain a couple of kgs of muscle.
