Helped stay on track
It might have been a coincidence but during the time I was taking this I was less inclined to break off my cut and go into snack mode. I was able to stick to my diet and get the results I wanted.
Essential supp for weight loss. I've lost weight but maintained muscle mass while on this product. Great value as well!
CLA really helped me maintain my weight loss during my off cycle from Oxyshred. I've tried some other stim free fat loss supplements before, but Gen-tec's one is by far the best one around. The only issue I have with it is that the taste does take some getting used to, but if you can look past it, the results are worth it.
Have been seeing results slowly, easy to take and no side effects felt from it. If you want faster results then best to take 4-5 tablets per day rather than the recommended 3 tablet dose. Also the 180 capsule container is great value for money.
