Generally speaking Deficit is a "vegan friendly" product. Specifically though some amino acids contained in the product including L-Carnitine & L-Methionine "may" be animal derived.
- Is it OK to take Deficit on an empty stomach?
We believe taking it on an empty stomach shall be fine. Please trial it on an empty stomach using 50% of the recommended dosage initially. If this is OK then gradually increase the dosage to full dose over the next few doses.
- I workout mostly after 7 pm. Can I have Deficit as my pre-workout supplement? Would this impact my sleep?
