Once daily is the recommended dosage. Being a stimulant based product many users find Elemental Shred ideal to take in the morning.
- How many scoops per day should I take when using Elemental Shred?
The recommended serving size of Elemental Shred is one 7g scoop daily. However for first time users it may be a good idea to start with 1/2 scoop to assess your tolerance levels. Always follow the label instructions and never exceed the recommended dose.
- Can I take Elemental Shred in the evening?
No - it is not recommended to take this product in the evening prior to sleep. EN Shred contains powerful stimulants that likely shall effect sleep.

NO. Elemental Shred is a powerful fat burner that should NOT be combined with other fat burners.
- Can this be taken before a workout with a pre-workout?
EN Shred may be used as your pre workout. Taking it though with another pre workout supplement shall increase your stimulant intake, thus we'd not recommend doing this. EN Shred is a strong stand-alone formula.
