Reclaim firstly may be taken any time of the day or evening to increase your BCAA, Glutamine, Citrulline Malate or Electrolyte count. Taken daily, on non workout days your one scoop 14g serve may be taken any time. On workout days it should be consumed as your intra-workout supplement (this means you sip it while you train either between sets or just as you would drink water).
- Is Elemental Reclaim safe?
Yes. Elemental Nutrition Reclaim is a safe supplement in healthy individuals and would be classified as very low risk. Since coming to market and with thousands of units purchased we have not received any feedback pertaining to the safety or the lack of safety with Elemental Reclaim. - What is the difference between Elemental Pump & Reclaim? Would Reclaim be ok to stack with Demented?
EN Reclaim + Pump OR Reclaim + Demented shall both make an excellent pre/intra workout stack. The choice would depend on whether you want a Pump type pre-workout or energy type pre-workout. The difference between Pump & Reclaim essentially is that Pump is a stimulant free pre workout formula designed to provide muscle pump & strength for your workout. Reclaim on the other hand is designed to aid workout hydration & recovery.
