EN Reclaim + Pump OR Reclaim + Demented shall both make an excellent pre/intra workout stack. The choice would depend on whether you want a Pump type pre-workout or energy type pre-workout. The difference between Pump & Reclaim essentially is that Pump is a stimulant free pre workout formula designed to provide muscle pump & strength for your workout. Reclaim on the other hand is designed to aid workout hydration & recovery.
- Is Reclaim Elemental Nutritions BCAA Formula?
Yes. This formula has active ingredients including branched chain amino acids, glutamine, citrulline-malate & electrolyte minerals. It is Elemental Nutritions upgraded BCAA product using high amounts of BCAA's plus additional muscle building & muscle recovery ingredients. BCAAs are non-caloric intra-workout formulas high in the amino acid L-Leucine known for promoting muscle protein synthesis. Taken during workouts it may help to reduce catabolism of muscle, especially when training fasted as well as help to maintain hydration in the muscle.
Though I recommend not exceeding the recommend dosage of just one scoop per day, I felt a little off when i'd had more than that.
I now use it during my training sessions for pushing out those extra couple of sets, works.
