Elemental Pump
- What is Elemental Nutrition Pump?
Elemental Pump is a stimulant-free pre-workout focusing mainly on vasodilators to aid in blood flow to the working muscle, improving the overall pump sensation as well as transporting nutrients to the muscle. It also contains strength enhancers to help power you through your workout, helping build strength and size.
- When should I take Elemental Pump?
Pump is best taken 15-30 minutes prior to training. Being stimulant-free, it can be taken at any time of the day and won't effect sleep quality like other high-stim pre-workouts can.
- Will EN Pump still give me the tingles?
Yes, Although EN Pump is stimulant-free is does still contain the amino acid Beta Alanine.
- Can I take EN Pump with a high stimulant pre-workout?
We don't recommend taking two pre workout's together. We would recommend either EN Pump for a stimulant free pre-workout or EN Demented should you want stimulants included.
- Can this be used for weight loss programs?
Yes EN Pump may be used as part of a weight loss program when combined with a weight loss diet. Taken on workout days only it would assist with anaerobic performance & adding "lean muscle".
- Is Pump safe to take with the Elemental Growth and Test Stack?
It sure is, In fact the NO2 properties of the product could increase the effectiveness of the Massive Muscle Fuel.
- I’m using this supplement as a NO2 supplement rather than a pre-workout. Is Pump OK as a NO2 supplement? Is it suitable if intermittent fasting?
It is viable to use this product as a nitric oxide supplement and has many ingredients that shall support NO2 production. Additionally it also contains strength inducing pre workout specific ingredients. As for the fasting, this product does have 45.6 calories per 15g serve that would affect your fasting.
- Can I take EN Pump with EN Reclaim?
Yes you can take the two products together. Elemental Pump as the pre workout and EN Reclaim for intra workout or post workout. Taking the two shall increase the amount specifically of Citrulline Malate, however we believe it is still safe and effective in higher amounts. These two supplements would make an excellent supplement stack.
- Can I take 5g of creatine monohydrate with Pump?
Elemental Pump already contains 1g of Creapure® which is a high quality micronised creatine monohydrate & 1g of Creatine HCL. As such you would only take another creatine supplement on days when you do not use EN Pump i.e non-workout days.
- Does this need to be loaded & cycled because of the creatine in it?
Although you may see some benefits with loading this product because of ingredients such as creatine and beta-alanine, it is not vital. Because there are no stimulants in this product, it is not necessary to cycle it either.
It has no artificial sugars and tastes good, but most of all it actually works! The pump is decent and visible. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is like myself and doesn’t like pre workouts with stimulants.
