Elemental Beta-Alanine
- Can i mix this with my pre workout shake (wpi+casein+ dextrose monohydrate)
Yes you can mix it together.
- Hey. Do I need to load this? And should I stack it with a preworkout such as GAT JetFuse – or would you recommend a better preworkout / other products to stack with?
No it does not need to be cycled. As JetFuse already contains beta-alanine you will not have to stack the two together unless you want to reduce more lactic acid build up from your muscles then you can stack JetFuse with Elemental Beta-alanine.
