OxyShred already contains acetyl-l-carnitine so you would be doubling up on ingredients so I would suggest not to take it together.

It is recommended to mix 3g (3 scoops) of acetyl-l-carnitine and mix it with about 200mL of water.
- can this be added to my pre workout ?
If your pre workout does not already contain any L-carnitine, the addition of this product would be suitable.
