- What are the Elemental Demented flavours like?
With a wide choice of flavours there is one for every taste. Now, for users looking for a confectionery tasting pre workout EN Demented is not for you. If you want this there's always a Mars Bar or you can grab a Coke. This is not to say the taste is bad, because it's not. The taste is quite good. The thing to remember with Demented though is it's goal is to increase performance in the gym and get you great results. As such EN Demented is packed with great active ingredients, more than any other pre workout in Australia, making it strong, making it work.
- How much caffeine is in Demented?
Elemental Demented contains a whopping 400mg of caffeine, however, it also utilizes other stimulants and nootropics for an amazing combination of energy and focus.
- What exactly is Demented's "Pump Matrix?"
Demented, along with its potent stimulants, has an extremely dense pump matrix. This is a host of vasodilators that act to open blood vessels, allowing for more blood to flow to the working muscle. This not only increases the feeling of the desired "pump" but also allows more nutrients to flow to the muscle, aiding in recovery and growth after your workout.
- What is Demented's best flavour?
Demented offers a wide range of flavours for all different kinds of taste buds from Icy Blue Raz to Grape Bubblegum and Red Frog. They have all seemed to be as popular and well recieved as each other.
- How much water do you take with Demented?
The recommended dose is for 1250mL of water with every full serving of Demented. Being a caffeinated beverage, at the time of writing, this is the legal ratio of water to caffeine. Now we do acknowledge that some users prefer a lower amount of water, which gives one a stronger taste. If choosing to do this it would be at the users discretion, which is in contrast to the label directions.
- Can Demented be taken with a BCAA or EAA supplement?
Yes, EN Demented is perfect to take in conjunction with an EAA or BCAA intra-workout supplement such as EN Reclaim.
- Can you confirm this is a 15g serving size?
No compromise has been made & as such this is a huge 15g serving size. To make the formula efficacious (work) large amounts of all active ingredients have been included. Thus the serve size is significantly larger than almost all other pre workouts on the market. New users & those sensitive to stimulants should begin their Demented journey with a quarter or half serving size.
- Is it OK to take in the evening pre workout?
We recommend taking Demented no later than 4pm. It is a fully dosed strong formula that is designed to stimulate the cerntal nervous system & brain function, this in turn may effect ones sleep quality. If in doubt take only a part dose to asses your individual tolerance.
- How strong is Demented?
Demented is one of the strongest pre workout formulas available period. In our opinion Demented is the strongest pre workout available in Australia. For users new to pre workouts we recommend beginning on 1/4 scoop to assess your individual tolerance to this formula.
- What dosage should experienced users take?
Under all circumstances we recommend one follows the manufacturers dosage directions on the packaging. Beginning by taking half a dose or less on first use. Experienced users should not exceed the manufacturers recommended dosage of one scoop.
- Are there any side effects expected?
No negative side effects would be expected from Demented. The only effect that may be experienced is a tingling feeling that is common in pre workout formula's that contain the ingredient beta-alanine. Demented does contain a fully-dosed amount of beta alanine. For more information we'd recommend doing a google search for beta-alanine tingles.

Only do half scoops for a while if a new user as directed - it’s like a switch turns on about 20 mins after taking
I tried a half scoop, 3/4 and full scoop to see if I could get the perfect balance however it didn’t make a difference. I found the pump I got with this pre was great however this pre made me really angry and flat during my workout. During a workout I would feel angry that I wasn’t having a good session each time.
I also found my focus wasnt high as with my previous pre workout and felt this was missing something to give me a real edge to push hard.
No doubt this has a high caffeine effect and a good pump but I’ve found a much better pre workout that works for me.
I had really high hopes of this product, it’s not something I would recommend.
