  • I'm on a keto diet, will BHB Keto increase my ketosis? How many servings daily are best?

    In answer and if following a strict keto diet, you technically will already be in ketosis. As such taking BHB salts (EN BHB Keto) shall elevate your state of ketosis and keep you there longer. Only one serving is required daily, we recommend this be taken in a fasted state prior to and during exercise. It may also be broken down into 2 half serves daily, approximately 8 hours apart.

  • How many grams of keto salts is best per dose?

    The therapeutic dose of exogenous BHB Ketones is 11.7 grams. That is what a standard dose of EN BHB contains. Taking less may not assist to induce a state of ketosis, one of the main goals in taking BHB salts. We'd recommend always taking an 11.7g dose of BHB salts per serve if seeing to aid a release of blood ketones.

  • Can I use EN BHB as my pre workout?

    Yes. Elemental BHB may be used as your pre workout supplement. This would be ideal especially if you are on a ketogenic diet or training fasted.

  • Can i take this together with apple cider vinegar?

    Yes. Apple Cider Vinegar may be used in conjunction with Elemental Nutrition BHB Keto powder.

  • Can I take Elemental BHB in the morning while intermittent fasting?

    Yes, Elemental BHB can be used in the morning whilst intermittent fasting. Taking BHB Salts at this time would aid an increase blood ketone levels.

  • How long before a work out should I take the product, how long does it take to take effect? Also can I add my own mct oil to it?

    Ideally taken 15-20 minutes before a workout and generally takes about 30 minutes for it to kick in give or take depending on the individual. Additionally, you can add MCT oil together if you wish or you can take it separately during the day.

  • Which flavour is most popular?

A bit about me for background purposes. I am by nature a lazy sloth. I sit all day in my office job. Weekends are spent drinking beer and sitting in a chair reading newspapers and playing video games. In winter I like staying on the sofa close to the heater. Maybe around 2pm I may go for a gentle stroll. Since menopause I have been in a funk, with a bit of depression, brain fog and less energy than normal (if that is even humanly possible) and overweight. I brought this BHB Keto supplement about six months ago and it has been sitting in the cupboard ever since. Decided to try it over the June 2023 long weekend. On Saturday, you could find me down at the beach swimming laps of the bay WHAT THE HECK – UNHEARD OF. On Sunday I was on the treadmill for an hour (I brought it 18 months ago and had only used once) WHAT THE HECK – UNHEARD OF. Monday morning, I was out of the house at 6.30am clearheaded and focused on an 8km walk and at a cracking pace for much of it WHAT THE HECK – UNHEARD OF. The strawberry kiwi flavour itself is nice per se, but it does remind me of bubblegum and the lingering taste from the Stevia is horrible. I hate Stevia and normally avoid products with it in (I didn’t notice when I purchased) and that seems to be the only downside so far. Otherwise, WOW a very useful product to get me firing on all cylinders.

I like the idea and it obviously works for a lot of people. Maybe if I had a better diet (I hardly eat) and my health wasn't so poor as well as going through menopause with all those pesky hormones it would work better for me too. I am sure it's a fabulous product but I am not getting anything from it. In so saying the website, product postage etc was fine and I have no problems with that. I may or may not try it again but first I need to get myself to a better place.

I have been using the Strawberry and Kiwi fruit for about a month now and it tastes great.
Mixing with water and drinking whilst I workout, it really works.
If you are using it after a carb heavy feed, you can feel your body kick back into ketosis.

I'm a Keto dieter & used Elemental BHB Keto for the first time. Good secure packaging with an internal & industrial like external seal to ensure product integrity. Very nice taste, subtle & not over-powering so was easy to drink. On taking the product and before my workout there was an unmistakable uplift in mental clarity, mood and energy. Really impressed at this stage. This continued whilst training and for a number of hours after I'd finished the workout.
