Cable Tricep Press Down
Cable Tricep Pressdown Technique. This is one of the most popular exercises for the tricep. Keep good posture - chest up, & chin slightly up. Keep the movement nice & smooth. Squeeze the bar down contracting the tricep at the bottom of the movement. Raise the handles slowly under control, hold for 2 secs, for a full stretch, & squeeze down for a full contraction.  Don'ts: Having no control, a partial range of motion, your elbows out and leaning down too far are all things to avoid.
