Branch Warren shares his tips for for beginner trainers. With over 20 years of experience, Branch recounts his biggest mistake when he was younger was sacrificing form for weight. As a result, when he was 24, he tore his bicep off the bone. He stresses that for beginner trainers and any trainers in fact, the need to always use perfect form and avoid using too much weight.
